Dust Collector

dust collector is a system used to enhance the quality of air released from industrial and commercial processes by collecting dust and other impurities from air or gas. Designed to handle high-volume dust loads, a dust collector system consists of a blower, dust filter, a filter-cleaning system, and a dust receptacle or dust removal system.

CYCLONE DUST COLLECTOR
A cyclone dust collector used in industrial environments for the separation of coarse particles from fines. Often referred to, if not considered, a dust collector, a cyclone separator is actually a type of auxiliary equipment for dust collection. They are intended for use as a pre-cleaner with other gas and particle cleaning devices. By design, cyclones are the first stage of a multi-stage dust collection system that serve as a product separator in air conveying systems. They are also employed for use in size reduction filtration processes or in product re-circulation systems.
Cyclone dust collectors are generally found in any work or industrial environment that needs to manage large fibrous or coarse particles generated during production processes. Ranging from large-scale industrial plants and facilities to small woodworking shops, cyclone separator applications are ideal for grain refineries, furniture factories, ceramic shops, agricultural processing plants, mining production facilities, and manufacturing operations that perform machining, grinding, or cutting, among other production facilities.
FABRIC BAG DUST COLLECTOR
Commonly known as baghouses, fabric collectors use filtration to separate dust particulates from dusty gases. They are one of the most efficient and cost-effective types of dust collectors available, and can achieve a collection efficiency of more than 99% for very fine particulates.
Dust-laden gases enter the baghouse and pass through fabric bags that act as filters. The bags can be of woven or felted cotton, synthetic, or glass-fiber material in either a tube or envelope shape.

CARTRIDGE DUST COLLECTOR
A pulse jet dust collector is a suction filtration unit that pulls dust-laden air into a filtration system that collects particulate matter and releases clean air. The filters of pulse jet dust collectors are cleaned by compressed air that uses a reverse pulse controlled by a diaphragm valve or differential pressure sensor. The filtration system can be either vertical or horizontal. With the horizontal configuration, filters lay on top of one another. In a vertical system, the filters hang from the top of the collector.
